Canceling an order

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. Call Customer Care at 800-621-4348, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central, or email customerservice@firstfitness.com with your order number.

Orders ship within one to two business days, so please contact us as soon as possible.

After your order ships

Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled. It is still covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: return the product, opened or unopened, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping.

Subscriptions

At this time, no subscriptions, auto-ship or recurring orders are offered on this site. Every purchase is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel after your order is delivered.

Refund timing on a canceled order

If your order is canceled before shipment and payment has been taken, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days and typically posts within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
